The Teen Advisory Council is an opportunity for teens to have a hand in programs and collections at Normal Public Library. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month in the NPL boardroom for book discussions, planning future teen programs, games, and lots more. All teens ages 12 – 18 are welcome to join in and have your say!
